BACKGROUND:
Elsword is a very interesting game in that it provides a lot of different job routes that the characters can take on, and has their own little stories behind how that character came to become that job class, and in the case of many of the characters, as they advance job classes they are also aging. I'm taking Aisha specifically from the "Elemental Master" route, which is the canon route that she takes according to the main story. Because of this, I'll be linking to all relevant wiki pages to cover all bases.

PERSONALITY:
Aisha, like many others, is a complex layering of many parts. The short version is that she is the game's token tsundere; Outwardly hostile, but honestly she's a cuddly teddy bear around the ones who know her best. There's a lot more to her than just that, though. She is also an egotistical yet insecure teenager who has been through quite a lot in her young life.

She knew from a young age that she was a magical prodigy, and was raised knowing full well that she was good at it. This gave her a bit of an ego, which is something that is easily noticeable to anyone first meeting her. While her ego has calmed down in recent years, it's still very much present. This ego presents itself mostly when she's trying to hide her true feelings, as it's a lot easier for her to just brag about how awesome she is when she's feeling especially vulnerable. Losing her power suddenly made this defense mechanism even more prevalent, because she hated the feeling of being so vulnerable. Got to keep that tough outer front up, right? Can't let anyone see how insecure she really is.

Of course, that is another large part of what makes up Miss Aisha Landar. Beneath that ego and rough attitude is an insecure teenager. This is a girl who has traveled with her closest friends for the last three years, including one annoying kid who grew up to be the best of the best of her friends, and someone she secretly wishes she could be closer than that with. Of course, many of their friends are amazing in their own ways. Aisha tends to fall into the common category of "surrounded by big-chested ladies" while she is not quite as well-endowed. This causes a lot of insecurity, as well as her relationship with the aforementioned stupid kid she fell in love with being what it is (they're constantly at each others' throats for some reason or another).

The other reasons for her insecurity are more to do with the nature of the El Search Party's travels. They're constantly dealing with dangerous demons, dangerous people, and while she is well aware that she and the rest of her group are all more than capable of handling whatever is thrown at them, there is still that worry that someone is going to get badly hurt and she won't be able to protect the people that matter most to her. The group has become her close family over the last few years, and so she worries a lot for everyone's safety, even if she doesn't always outwardly show it. Aisha is fiercely protective of those close to her, and is extremely hard on herself when someone she cares about is hurting. While she knows she isn't the most nurturing of people, it doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't care. She cares a lot, and the group knows her well enough to know how much she does. Aisha's outward personality can make it difficult for her to make close friends, so the fact that she is so close with the El Search Party group really means a lot to her and she does whatever she needs to in order to protect her little family.

Her interactions with people outside of her friend group can be a bit of a mixed bag. If she recognizes that someone is to be respected, she'll be polite, but she is also not above being absolutely blunt with anyone who needs a bit of that, and even those who don't need it. If Aisha thinks you're an idiot, she's going to tell you you're an idiot and will not hesitate. She is, of course, smart enough to know when being blunt isn't going to help anything, though, and if she recognizes that she needs to keep her mouth shut then she will, though it will definitely be an effort to do so. She's used to having someone around who is too hard-headed to be able to understand anything but being told exactly what he needs to be told, so she's definitely not a stranger to that. It's not too difficult to get a good read on her, though. She's a good person, just a little rough around the edges.

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Aisha is a talented mage and she will not let you forget that she is. After working very hard to regain the power she lost three years prior, she has gained a mastery of all elemental magic and is still working to better herself and her abilities. She mostly fights with elemental magic, but will also not hesitate to smack someone around with her staff if she's at closer range than is ideal for magic.

Base Aisha | High Magician | Elemental Master

She has levitation abilities, though levitation uses mana, so it is a limited ability and she doesn't usually use it unless the situation calls for it.

Aisha can regenerate her mana pool if she stays still and concentrates.

Aisha also has a 'memorize' ability, which stores abilities she can use at a later time while she is regenerating her mana pool. This results in three of her known skills able to be used all in succession of each other.

INVENTORY:
Her clothes (obviously), her staff, some books/tomes, her awful attitude.

MOONBLESSING: Sanguis. She will have scales during the moon phase and will probably think she's hideous and lock herself in the bathroom the first time this happens.
